Baked Potato Soup

I made this soup today admist the ice storm and cold weather. It felt good to hibernate in my house, make a good pot of soup and get some stuff done around here. I have been a terrible blogger lately...Im finding myself at a loss for things to blog about...Anything you are interested in knowing?
